I hacked into my MOM's blog!!!! MUAHAHAHAHA!!! ;D

Well, here is "My Story" from (obviously) MY point of view :) lol.
I just ended my FIRST week of homeschool!!!! I should throw a party ;) haha jk!
*my parents would die* lol
It went really good! I need to work out a few things but over-all, its fun being stuck inside all day!
Lol I attend Capistrano Connections Academy, an online school.
I don't see why I spent 8 hours at my public school when I spend half those hours online & working at my own pace! :D I still get finished early if I take my time! Lol.
It's fun :D hehe!

or maybe when I hack her blog again ;)

My new Toshiba Laptop

Here is picture of my new computer, which Jason surprised me with today!! He and Meagan left for Office Depot and something just didn't seem right; I knew he was up to something!! BUT, would have NEVER thought he would have come home with a new laptop for me! NEVER, since I know we don't have that kind of money right now! I feel VERY guilty!! He said he's been saving up for months just for that purpose (of course it was without me knowing since I would have used that money for hhhhmmmm bills, rent, groceries, dry cleaning, and the list can go on and on)...I guess he got tired of me complaining for the last few months, since my little ACER Notebook has been very slow and sometimes I feel like throwing my computer out the window...lol...not really, but yes, very frustrating!! The mistake I made with my ACER was saving too much on the hard drive...but I've been so frustrated since the speakers stopped working and I don't have a disk drive to listen to CD's! Anyway, again, feeling very guilty, but greatful and will take this special gift that my husband has purchased for me! Thank you Babe :) LOVE YA!!

I love it when I have new blog follower...Today, I logged in and saw that Jenna from So Cal was a new follower of my blog :) "Thanks Jenna!" And so was Belinda Robinson!

I just want to give Belinda an encouraging word to "just do it!" Start the first post (well, I guess it would be your 2nd post...LOL..!!) There is so much to blog about...you can do it!!

I also clicked on Jenna's blog and fell in love with her layout and postings. I immediately wanted to know 'who did her blog layout' and checked out ShabbyBlogs.com. Shabby Blogs has the cutest saying on their blog...Your home may be where your story begins, but your blog is where your story is told. Love it!!

In doing so, I realized that it's January and I still had a "Merry Christmas" background! Time for a change...ShabbyBlogs here I come!

This past Friday night, we decided to drive up to Mt. Baldy for a few hours :) We had such a beautiful view of the sunset and the city lights!

Christmas Decorations...

Well, there is good news and bad news about my Christmas decorations this year.

Good news is that I truly out did myself this year with my Christmas decorations. The bad news is that I had to take him down after 2 days. I had more people come screaming up to my house than ever. Great stories. But two things made me take it down. First, the cops advised me that it would cause traffic accidents as they almost wrecked when they drove by. Second, a 55 year old lady grabbed the 75 pound ladder almost killed herself putting it against my house and didn't realize it was fake until she climbed to the top (she was not happy). By the way, she was one of many people who attempted to do that. My yard couldn't take it either. I have more than a few tire tracks where people literally drove up my yard.

Kind of feel like I gave in to the man by taking him down but my neighbor did confirm two near miss accidents on the busy street next to my house. I think I made him too real this time.

So it was fun while it lasted! Merry Christmas!

Happy Thanksgiving to all our dear friends & family!!

Traveling on holiday's is so much fun! It' gives us time to visit with family, we can stay up as late as we want, and it allows us to see our very dear friends.

I found this to be a great reminder that God is always around us in the little and simple things that we take for granted.

So I would like to add one more: The man cried, "God, I need your help!" And an e-mail arrived reaching out with good news and encouragement. But, the man deleted it and continued crying .
